AD Code Registration

AD (Authorized Dealer Code) is a 14 Digit Numerical Code provided by bank.

You will need to Register an AD Code at Custom Port from where your goods are cleared by Customs. At the time of custom clearance, your Custom House Agent will ask you to provide AD code for that particular Port.

A registered AD Code for export is essential for custom clearance . If you do not have the AD Code then you will not able to generate Shipping Bill Number which is compulsory for custom clearance. Also if you are eligible for Government benefits, an AD Code registration with Custom will enable you to get the credit directly into your account.
